I appreciated the place, it was clean & the staff were really friendly and helpful. I had a great-sized room and everything was great. The location was marvellous and beautiful, at a moderate distance from landscaped gardens. It was also just off many restaurant's and bars and shops, the seafront which again has lots of bars, and all pubs.

The venue was nicely appointed, I loved the location really close to the seafront, the old town which is quaint, and pubs, shops and restaurants, and garden views. This hotel had a very central position on a delightful island. Quick bites The Happy Haddock was located 5 minutes walk away.

We spend 2 nights in Shanklin lovely. The personnel was fairly friendly and amicable. It was in a great location near to the seafront which again has lots of bars and places to eat, and town centre. It also was easy to travel from here to anywhere else on the island. This hotel met requirements in every way, can recommend.

We found bread, toast, and cereals to be incredible and exceptional. Very lovely building, we truly enjoyed beautifully maintained rooms. It had stunning location, right by restaurants, Chine Side and shops and restaurants.
Fairly large and clean venue with an excellent value and helpful staff. Exceptional options for breakfast with beautiful view. Amazing location to anywhere else on the island. Also - not far from Chine Side and the outskirts of Shanklin. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

The room was immaculate with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, a hair dryer and soft bathrobes in the bathroom. It exceeded all expectations. The location was stunning and brilliant in The old town and the atmosphere was quiet. Also, I was 15 minutes by walk from a parish church. I have stayed in double room with comfortable bed, brilliant garden views, as for instance for 2 nights. Everyone working at this well-appointed and charming hotel was affable. The breakfast was delicious and sensational and offered plenty of excellent food.
There was nothing I didnt like.

We would come back for sure! Fantastic location, sensational breakfast with a wide array of food. Appreciated that we had an ironing set, multi-channel TV and a lounge area in the deluxe room. Moreover, free parking was a big plus.
